Experience
Appointed as Consultant Geologist to promote, manage and sustain the newly established Advanced Mining & Exploration Technology (AMET), an independent consulting company based in Jakarta. AMET is part of Micromine Pty. Ltd. (a resource software company based in Perth, Australia) and Exploration & Mining Consultants (EMC-mining industry consultants based in Kalgoorlie, Australia). I am functionally and administratively responsible to the Board of Directors of Micromine Pty. Ltd. and EMC. I enjoyed this position, finding it challenging and stimulating. Opportunities in this position afforded training and experience in other specialist areas including GIS and practical software development.
Achievements
Primarily responsible in promoting the newly established company. Was also responsible for the independent resource and reserve review of PT. Aneka Tambang's mines and projects for their public listing in the Jakarta and London stock exchanges. While in Perth, I handled projects dealing with resource and reserve estimations, tenement appraisals, pit optimisations and various independent/competent person reports as required.
