Duties and Responsibilities
|
|
|
GENERAL MANAGEMENT |
 |
Responsible for
planning, budgeting and setting the consulting direction of the company. |
|
Responsible for
the effective and efficient management of the company. |
|
Responsible for
hiring, maintaining and training professional staff. Also to offer cross
training into major functional areas. |
|
Responsible for
maintaining strict fiduciary relationship with clients while not
directly or indirectly involved with any undertaking that may affect the
company's professional position and judgement. |
|
|
|
TECHNICAL |
|
Provide advice to
clients on technical matters as regards to data management, validation,
valuation and resource estimation. |
|
Performs
inspection and evaluation of prospects, leases and mines. |
|
Performs
geological, mining and open pit investigation or analysis by manual or
by computer. |
|
Prepares
geological plans and sections and ore 3D ore body modelling. |
|
Performs
independent resource and reserve estimations by traditional (e.g.
Polygonal) to advance geostatistical (e.g. Kriging) methods. |
|
Responsible for
planning exploration campaigns including geological, geophysical,
drilling and sampling as required by clients. |
|
Conducts
geological management consulting and or analysis of operating
techniques, using proper project management and Quality Assurance
procedures. |
|
Responsible for
data management and technical audit and clearly defining and advising
the client and recipients of any report of situations where conflicts of
interest may exist. |
|
Any other
professional and ethical services as required by clients. |
|
|
|
Responsibility
for Decisions
|
|
|
Responsible for professionally performing work only in my areas of expertise
to a reasonable standard, carefully establishing necessary systems and
groundwork in order to reach an opinion and write reports in an industry
accepted fashion. These require exercising reasonable degree of skill, care
and diligence in the performance of the client’s required tasks |

Responsibility
for Profit and Loss
|

Responsible to the company and clients for the effective and efficient
performance of the required tasks and operations within budget. |

all Indonesian taxes (income, travel, etc.) and other government
obligations. |
