Position
Summary
In October 2016, I Joined
Medusa Mining Ltd as the Manager of Geology and Resources reporting to the
Managing Director. As at May 2022, Medusa Mining Ltd changed its name
to TEN SIXTY FOUR LTD. and I was retained as the General Manager of Geology
and Resources reporting to the Board of Directors (as at the present). The
duties and responsibilities of the role include but is not limited to:
The Position
Performs:
 |
Contribute to the corporate strategic vision
to which plan and direct the company's exploration activities. |
 |
Achieve the exploration goals on time and
within budget by overseeing all aspects related to the exploration of the
company's projects. |
 |
Develop a world class exploration team by
attracting, mentoring and training of technical staff. |
 |
Identify exploration opportunities consistent
with the corporate strategic plan. |
 |
Develop suitable resource protocols in
accordance with JORC 2012 to ensure integrity and relevant paper trails for
drilling, assaying and resource estimations; |
 |
Ensure data validity and accuracy, correct
data storage, optimal grade estimation of resource models, reconciliation
and reporting of results in order to optimize the profitable development of
the mined ore bodies |

Provision of interim update reports on
projects and results as appropriate for ASX disclosure and other reports to
the X64 Board as required by the CEO. |
 |
Faithfully and diligently perform such duties
and exercise such powers and carry out the Services consistent with the
positions of General Manager Geology and Resources and at all times protect
the reputation and interests of the company. |

Provide budgeting information for business
plans and develop, rank and propose exploration targets as appropriate. |
 |
Reviews of geological
and resource data and modelling. |
 |
Contribute to
geological data acquisition and interpretation for evaluation programmes. |
 |
Complete Mineral Resource and Ore Reserve
reports to required international reporting standards. |
 |
Use research and academic literatures to
update mineralised models for effective evaluation. |
 |
Continuous improvement in developing
strategies to optimise the evaluation process. |
