Summary
Create the future and manage the present,

execute the responsibilities of a company director according to legal and
ethical standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

Plan, develop and
implement strategy and direction for executive/senior management as to meet
agreed performance plans within agreed budgets and timeframes whilst
maintaining adherence to culture and legislative requirements. |

Report to
shareholders/board on the company’s plans and performance |

Establish and maintain
systems for measuring critical aspects of the operations |
|
Recruit, select, manage
and develop direct reporting staff |
|
Liaise with other
managers to ensure they are fully informed of operational objectives,
purpose and up-to-date achievements |

Monitor, measure and
report on operational issues, opportunities and development plans and
overall performance within agreed formats and timeframes. |
