Duties and Responsibilities
|

Responsible for the
computerisation of all exploration data using Micromine Version 6.6
software. |

Responsible for the
accurate and rapid data entry and analysis for all current exploration
projects of the group. |

Advisory to the
Exploration Director and Project Managers concerning geological and
statistical/geostatistical interpretations of exploration data. |
 |
Responsible for the
manual and geostatistical resource and reserve estimates of Pelsart
projects. |
 |
Responsible for
training three Indonesian Geologists in the use of Micromine Version 6.6,
an exploration and mining software. |
 |
Responsible for
training and supervising two Indonesian Geologists in detailed geological
mapping and sampling. |

Responsibility
for Decisions
|
Make most decisions
concerning the completeness, validity and accurateness of all collated
geological data before resource and reserve estimations.

Responsibility
for Profit and Loss
|
Responsible to the company for the high standard and robust resource and
reserve estimates declared for each project. These estimates are the basis
for pre-feasibility to feasibility studies. |

 | Meet regularly
with subordinates concerning the daily and long term progress of the
projects undertaken. |
 | Closely
co-ordinates with the respective Project Managers and geologists about the
collation and proper presentation and interpretation of geological data. |

|
On permanent expatriate status assigned in Indonesia. Work schedule is six
weeks on and two off. The company pays all expenses (travel & accommodation)
while going on break to the Philippines. The company covers Indonesian
income taxes and other government obligation. Spends most of the time in the
field collating, organising and analysing geological data through "hand
crank" and sophisticated computer methods |
